Your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we follow a strict return policy.

Returns

  • Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • The product is damaged, or

    • The wrong item was delivered.

Reporting an Issue

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear images or video of the issue

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed after product inspection.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect, depending on the payment method.
